Join our friends from the Museum of Political Corruption for its 9th Annual Nellie Bly Award for Investigative Reporting as the Museum honors Glenn Kessler, longtime fact-checker at The Washington Post.
This year’s program will focus on a timely and vital conversation: the role of the media as guardians of facts and truth. Following a reception, the Museum will host a thought-provoking roundtable discussion moderated by Casey Seiler, Editor of the Albany Times Union. Panelists will include Glenn Kessler, along with distinguished journalists and scholars, who will explore the challenges and responsibilities of fact-checking in today’s polarized media environment.
The evening is presented by the Museum of Political Corruption in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Albany County and the Times Union.
